A Novel Degraded Video Enhancement N.Chandra Sekhar, V.Purandhar Reddy PG Student SVCE, Tirupati, India. Associate Professor, SVCE, Tirupati ,India. _________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: We show an illustration based way to deal with general upgrade of degraded video frames. The technique depends on building a lexicon with non-debased parts of the Video and to utilize such a word reference to upgrade the corrupted parts. The image corruption needs to start from a "repeatable" procedure, so that the word reference picture patches (pieces) are just as debased, subsequently beginning a lexicon with corrupted squares and their deposits (contrasts in the middle of debased and unique pieces). When a match is found between a debased piece in the video and a corrupted square in the word reference, the related deposit of the recent is delicate added to the piece of the previous. The technique is a speculation of the system for instance based super-determination. Results are exhibited to show the pertinence of the technique to numerous situations.
